Beat Up Product

I have ordered this twice now and both times the helmet arrives beat up like it's used. The first order arrived in a poor excuse for a product box that was also beat up, the helmet was not secured in the box, it was like someone just set it in there. I returned it to the store and ordered a new one which also arrived beat up and possibly even worse shape than the first helmet. This second helmet arrived in no product box, just thrown in a shipping box. For a $200+ product, you would think Dick's would do better. It would be nice to actually receive a product that looks new with no marks or scratches but at this point, I'm returning the second helmet, getting my money back, and ordering elsewhere.

In the picture the helmet is new and also has jaw pads, but when I bought mine I was in a rush and when I actually paid attention to helmet it was used and did not come with jaw pads

Decent Helmet, But Size Up When Buying

Helmet is pretty small. I have a certain size for my helmets but with the A11, when i put it on it feels like its constantly hurting and crushing/squeezing my skull. It feels so small so make sure you size up if you buy. I'd recommend the F7 or Riddle Speedflex rather than the A11, but if you have a younger child 6-12 I would recommend the A11 as a starting thing. Bit cheaply made, but it'll work and get you through the season. Also when using i wouldn't recommend ramming your head into people because the headgear isn't really made for that, you may get a concussion or brain injury.

Cheaply Made

We bought this helmet in August of 2022. It was great for the first few months but the screws came off and there are no replacement parts to fix it. Now I need to purchase a new helmet and this one isn't even a year old..

Hardware Issues

This is the second Schutt helmet we’ve bought. The first was great, but this years model has been a nightmare. It was more cheaply made and the screws are constantly coming off.
