Purchased this for son to make shoulder pads more comfortable and fit better as opposed to protection from hits. I would go true to normal sizing. Son is just under 6' and 160 and large was too baggy whereas medium fit perfectly. Has held up during in game and practice on the defensive line and washed well without ripping. Cheaper than other options. Some players might not like the sleeves as they are long and show under uniform.

I bought this for my son's first year of football. I only bought one, so it gets cold water, gentle cycle washed 4-5 days per week. I only hang it to dry. The stitching is already unraveling where the sleeves connect to the bodice. We have had it for a month. I haven't tried to mend it as the nylon is fragile. I may have to purchase another. I don't think I'd purchase this same brand. I don't know it will last the remaining 5 weeks of the football season.

My son loves the protection it provides him while playing football. As a runner he takes numerous hits, and feels that he is safer while wearing it.

Loose Shirt!

I bought this shirt 2 month’s ago. It runs really big. I’ve had exchange it twice. It’s still not the fit my son was looking for. I think it is ideal for Large Linemen. The quality is fine, just not the fit for smaller framed players.
