Odd Design Feature.
The peddle arm coming out of the housing extends out further on the right side than it does on the left side. This causes the inside edge of my shoe to hit the peddle arm every time it comes around. The only way to avoid it is to only put the tips of your toes on the right peddle so the arm only lines up with the narrowest part of your shoe.Perhaps mine has a build defect. Other than that it is easy to assemble but was not as robust a build quality as my out-going old basic Schwinn. An assembled bike, no matter if it is in the return period and in new condition, cannot be returned to Dick's even though it does NOT say this anywhere in their policy. Very disappointed.

Terrible Packaging & Instructions, Solid Bike
The instructions for assembly aren't great. Fortunately, a lot of it can be done through observation. The bike seat is very uncomfortable, especially if you are dealing with an appendage between your legs. The wrong angle can cause numbness and we're ordering a new bike seat so both members of the household can use it safely. The bike itself is pretty sturdy, easy to use, and a step up from previous ones. We like that it isn't one that requires a fitness portal or wifi connection but still offers some variety in intensity. #sweepstakes
