The Schwinn Hurricane is an e-bike that’s all about fast-moving fun. The moto-inspired frame features stylish touches, like solid mag wheels and a dual-crown fork, perfect for making an impression. The 250-watt motor enables a top speed of 17.5 miles per hour with the throttle, and pedal assist kicks in automatically should you choose to pedal the Hurricane instead. The wide tires let you ride comfortably wherever you take it, and your remaining battery life is shown on the throttle display. Additional features include mechanical disc brakes for all-condition stopping power, built-in fenders to shield you from road spray, and running daylights for nighttime visibility and all-day safety. Fun Safe Ride

This bike was easy to assemble, You just have to put the handle bar on and the pedals! The front and back lights are really bright and I feel safe that I can be seen on the road well! I like that the battery (located under the seat) can only come off with a key. The pedal assist feature is nice. The throttle is on the handle next to the battery life indicator. The seat is nice and long , pretty comfortable. It can go up to 17.5 mph which is awesome. It doesn’t take up much space to store either!

Classic Ride!

My Wife and I campers and some campgrounds dont allow scooters but alow e-bikes. These are the best of both worlds. They pack away in the camper when not in use, but big enough to get around (17mph) without a single issue. We have been stopped and asked about them. People love the classic mini bike look but the capability of a full ebike - we love them. We have our own little gang when we ride our "Bikes" around.

Bought a pair. Suburban neighborhood fun being had for sure. Can't wait to zip around RV parks this summer. Turns heads on most runs.

Not Just For Teens

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bike is so much fun. It is almost completely put together right out of the box. Just roll out and attach the handlebars and pedals Once charged you can ride it. Easy to get going and comfortable seat. Once the bike is turned on, pull down on the throttle and you're going. You can use it as a regular bike and pedal or you can flip the switch on and it is electric. It goes up to 17.5 miles an hour and is fit for someone 5'1" and up. My son and I ride this around the yard and it's able to ride through concrete, grass and dirt. Using a helmet is highly recommended. Fun for teens and adults

The bike is very well built. All parts are top tier and comparable toore expensive bikes. Good size for a young teen and not too fast to be worried about. Definitely not for adults.

My 10 Year Old Loves Its

Great size for my 10 year old son. Goes faster than the dirt bike he had but not dangerously fast!

I Was Skeptical But.. Now I’m A Huge Fan!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn’t sure what to really expect from this e-bike at first. To my surprise, I have become a huge fan. I was nervous about the assembly but it was a breeze. It was super easy. Took only a few minutes. The only downside was that you needed to have or purchase a lithium based grease. I would’ve loved it, if it came with a small tube so you can assemble it and go. After getting the grease and completing the easy steps, I charged the battery and a few hours later, I was able to test it out. I was also nervous on how it would work since I’ve never used an e-bike before. It was actually very fun and easy to use. From the assembly to taking it for the first ride, I was impressed. I have had a lot of fun with this bike and I will say, that it depends on road conditions, hills, speed etc that the bike will last up to 30 miles. To be safe plan on taking it no further than 22 miles. Just to be safe. The bike feels very comfortable so far. Has good suspension from what I can feel and it is not too heavy. I can lift up up and down to carry in and out of my house or garage. I am really enjoying this bike and plan on getting another one. So far, I am a huge fan of this fun e-bike!!

So Much Fun!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This compact e-bike is so much fun! The instruction booklets were easy to understand and the bike was pretty easy to assemble. This Hurricane can be ridden as a regular bike or using the motor. The wheels have a nice tread with a wide tire for use on a rougher terrain. We did feel the bumps from the street while we were riding though. The seat is comfy, wide and long for a better ride. There is a convenient battery indicator on the handle bars to give you an idea of how much charge you have remaining. It did take us a little bit to figure out how to work the throttle. My family is 5'3" and under so the height on this bike is perfect. My 15 year old and husband have been having a blast riding the bike around our neighborhood. I can't wait to try it out on trails and at camping when the season changes. I also checked with my city's ordinance to see if they had additional rules. I am so grateful to have been able try this e-bike because it is so fun!

Fun And Fast

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is AWESOME!!! Perfect for really anyone. My teenage children love this in our neighborhood. It’s so quiet and you can’t hear it running. Battery life lasts a while and it charges quickly. It’s a very sturdy bike and heavy duty for sure. It is heavy but not too terrible. The tires are sturdy as well and seem to go over anything. This bike will move pretty fast for what it is. It’s a little bit of a learning curve at first but it’s so fun. Christmas Day, everyone in the family was giving it a go!

Wow! So Much Fun!

It's so easy to get out of the box and assemble. Super easy instructions and care. It goes, let's just say that. Decent range. The breaks don't seem to be the best, but they work.
