10 Mile Range Max

My first e-bike and schwinn is know for great products over all good product well made, really feel the pedal assist with motor but maybe longer range battery like advertised added a cruiser seat so far so good

The bike is amazing but the battery range is not even close to what they are advertising, I took this thing mabye 10 miles max and it died on me

Dicks Assembled The Bike But Left Out Power Cord To Charge The Battery

I got the bike as a Christmas gift. When the weather warmed up I went to use it and there was not a cord to charge the battery. I talked to online support and they said to call the store. I called th store and they said the 90 days was up since purchase so I needed to talk to online support. At this point I haven’t been able to ride the bike. Dicks is not helpful.

I'm Digging The Bike, Dick's Is The Issue.

Bought one of these from the store a little over a week ago. Do far I've ridden it to work and back once, and also back to the store before that because when I bought the bike no one said anything about needing keys, the guy manning the area made it clear he was new. He was chill but didn't seem like anyone took any time to train him. Came back, talked to someone who seemed like they may have had more tenure, if not any better idea, who gave me the wrong keys so when I went home and they were closed for the night I was out of luck. I rode the bike to the store, either getting the keys or returning the bike, after a pretty long wait for having told them exactly what I was told to me over the phone I had the keys and a charger! Going over the bike itself it felt strange from the get go to ride electric. Specifically the fact that the front brake wasn't stopping the bike, and surely it should be wired to the computer to cut the power to the motor when engaged? Oh, the assembler crushed the connector so now I need to either get a new one or butt connector the wires so the bikes safe to ride. Let's talk about the ready to ride bicycle with the headset loose as a goose as well, I know you're supposed to check your own bolts, I'm a mechanic by trade... You shouldn't have basic hardware that's clearly not been double checked or torqued once. I would strongly recommend this product, I would shop elsewhere. Only down sides are there's a real premium on space on the handlebars, and the under mount hardware to set up a rear rack or basket.

No Need To Tow A Car !!!

Took these bikes up to the Adirondacks and they succeeded all my expectations!!!! I love the crossover and they fit beautiful on my bike rack that I already had !!! So no need to buy another one ! The batteries lasted all week !! No need to tow a car went into town like a champ !

Nice Ride

This bike is a lot of fun riding. I am 64 years old and love bike riding however, I would avoid routes with hills because of the strain it puts on my knees. But with this bike my favorite part of riding is going up hills! Because you do the pedaling to keep advancing up without the leg strain. Now I’m riding longer distances and shedding weight.

WOW! What a difference in the level comfort riding an ebike compared to my non-ebike. The pedal assist is a tremendous help in overcoming hills. I can still get my biking fitness goals met but now have help going longer without getting tired. I highly recommend this bike.
