Great Bike But Poor Assembly

I bough this bike for my almost 10 y/o (he’s on the tall side) for Christmas. It was on sale and ended up being a great deal! And my son has already said how much more comfortable the seat is and the ride has been smooth. However, there’s a clicking sound when he rides and the chain keeps coming off because of some assembly error by the store. I’m going to have to take it back to have them fix it. I also didn’t realize that the bike didn’t come with a kickstand, but that was an easy purchase and installation.
