Beautiful Bike!!

My granddaughter upon seeing her bike said, she doesn't like her bike, she LOVES it!! The colors are vibrant and beautiful. Nice solid bike that will last her for a good while. I had Dick's in a Redding, CA put it together for my son to pick up. The phone service was great, build time was prompt and communication was professional and excellent.

Perfect Colors And Size. Great Salesperson.

My wife and I were shopping for our granddaughters first bike. We weren’t sure what size and had other questions that needed answering. We shopped at a few other stores but found exactly what we wanted at Dicks. The salesperson was very knowledgeable about children’s bikes and guided us to the correct size. The bike was a great blend of purple and pink and my granddaughter was thrilled.

Poor Quality

Schwinn isn’t what it used to be. I grew up on Schwinn bikes and they were the standard for quality design. The difficulty some children have pedaling this bicycle is due to the poor material quality of the ball bearings. We bought this bike for our oldest (3 yrs) thinking we could pass it down. Bicycle was well maintained and always garaged. At 1 year of ownership, the bearing retainer hub cracked and the pedals seized. Schwinn only offers a 30 day warranty. They won’t even give me the part number so I can order another one and replace it myself. Poor quality for what you pay. I will not buy another Schwinn.
