Clunker

Bought this bike in 2022 at Dicks in Minnetonka. Had to return the bike 3 times to try and fix the loud clunking in the pedal shaft. After much time and patience they gave me a replacement because they claimed that it was a mfg defective bike. The manager at the Maple Grove store was super helpful.

I bought the bike for month or so. I was looking for exact model so I looked up online for Dick’s location with I stock inventory. We went to the store, tried out the bike. Person was able to adjust the bike and put the stand. Very happy with the purchase. Thx

Practical Bike For Recreational Riding On Paved Or Packed Bike Paths.

This bike is good for what I need - not too heavy, not too fancy, not too pricey. Front disc brake will sometimes make scraping noise when not engaged.

Don’t Purchase From Dick’s Sporting Goods.

I got this bike fully assembled from Dick’s. Road it for the first time this week and noticed the front tire had a wobble. Called Dick’s and was told they would fix it for a charge since I did not purchase an extended warranty and the original purchase was only covered for twent-four hours. Now I have to pay a bike shop to fix their problem. Seems like a great bike as long as you don’t buy it at Dick’s Sporting Goods.

Defective Product

The tire leaks, have to return within 2 days. I drove a hour to pick up in store, just glad I don't have to return at the same store. Very disappointing!

Great Bike

I bought this bike a month ago and have rode it on the roads in my suburban neighborhood which has a good amount of hill that require shifting gears. Bike has performed very well.

Decent Bike - Construction/quality Just Okay. A Little On The Heavy Side

Bike came to me in the mail and I assembled it without any issues - very easy to do all you need is an adjustable wrench and two allen keys. I found it really difficult to locate any good specs on the weight of this bike anywhere - so I weighed it with my luggage scale and it comes to almost exactly 31 lbs. But the quality is just meh. My 3 biggest complaints about it are: 1. The paint is rubbed down or applied poorly in several spots 2. Both chain derailliers had the cable attached incorrectly. There is a groove that the cable is supposed to be clamped into and in both cases, it was barely held on by just a corner. 3. The chain sprocket on the pedals is pit-of-plane to the bike frame. As you spind the peddles, you can see the sprocket waving in and out. This is the most annoying part because no matter how you adjust the front deraillier, the chain will hit the guide for half the rear speeds. All in all, its really not bad, but I would not buy this bike again. I was expecting more for nearly $500 and I am certain there are better options out there for the price.

Fair Bike For Beginners

I bought this bike before knowing much about hybrid bikes. It’s a fair bike for casual riding. My only advice is spend a little more now because if you plan to do upgrades on this bike down the road it will be expensive. Also, it doesn’t have front suspension so the ride is hard when going over bumps.

Dont Buy Bikes From Here

Boaught a bike and it wasnt put together correctly Dicks sales people are rude and the bikes are poor quality - no support despite wht they say. Had to fight with them and manager to return Steer clear

Great Ride

Great Bike Poor Assemly

I did a decent amount of research on the best overall bike for my needs. This was fairly priced and has the features I was hoping to find. I was not disappointed in the bike itself, It is exactly as advertised. The only issue I had was that the bike was not well put together. The handlebars were loosely attached as was the gear shifter and reflectors. I went thru the entire bike and tightened everything up. I'd buy it again but this time I would ride it around the lot before I took it home.

Quality Bike, Cheap Seat

I was pleased with the overall quality of this bike but the seat is terribly uncomfortable. I had to pay nearly $40.00 for a comfortable seat to replace the one that this bike came with. Also this bike requires a good deal of assembly and they couldn't even include an Allen wrench?! The instruction manual that was included was for a different bike altogether. It's a quality bike but they cut corners on the seat and accessories, Also you will need to purchase a bike pump.
