Perfect Bike

I highly recommend this bike. It rides smooth, it’s well made and sturdy.

Great Bike!

Wife and I bought matching bikes. We mostly just ride paved surfaces but may occasionally go off road so like the hybrid. Bike is lightweight. My only issues are the chain will sometimes slip on the largest chainring when shifting to it.

Easy To Ride

Smooth and easy gear changes make riding this bike a pleasure. It’s great on uphill stretches. The lightweight frame is nice.

Nice Mid-range Bike

Good quality and comfortable. Nothing crazy, but a good entry level model. Used for light biking around the neighborhood and some paved trails.

Overall Goo Bike

I have really enjoyed riding this bike. My only complaint is the seat will not stay up. I have tried tightening it. My step is to bring it back in to have them tweek it.

Good Solid Bike Performs Well.

Bought this bike for my granddaughter she absolutely loves it. she was sold on the color alone sounds like most of the complaints are with the assembly of the bike at the store where they’re getting them

Pretty Good Bike For The Money

The guys at my store were pretty good at tuning it up too.

Schwinn Quality

I’ve always wanted a Schwinn bicycle, and this one is great. Being petite, a choice of frame size was important. Well made and at a great price too.

Never Buy A Bike Online!

Not pleased with the buying experience at Dick's. When I went to purchase the bike a customer service rep stated the bike was unavailable. He was clearly mistaken because the bike was available at the store and I ordered it online. I was notified the bike was assembled and ready for pick up but when I was arrived, I was told there was a problem with the gears. When the bike was ready the next day, a sales person essentially handed me the bike and I rode off. Once I road the bike off the property I forfeited all rights to return the bike. I wish there had been more interaction between the sales persons, the assemblers and myself. Grant it, the responsibility clearly rested on me, the customer to make sure the bike was what I expected, however, I believe Dick's could have been more customer friendly and warned me of the implications of me walking away with a bike I had not ridden. The bike is clearly too large for me, and a more experienced salesperson with knowledge of bikes would have warned me against the particular bike purchase and perhaps recommended a better bike.

Great Bike

This bike is beautiful and it has a smooth ride. It was a good purchase.

Knocking Sound

I like everything about my new bike except when you shift into anything over 4th gear there is an annoying knocking sound as you pedal. After some googling found out that this is due to ball bearings moving around and happens with lower end bikes. So not dangerous, I don’t think it’s going to fall apart on me, but a little disappointing.

Bad Experience With This Bike And Service At The Store In Annapolis

I bought this bike a week ago in the Annapolis store. After riding it the first time I had to bring it back to the store. The front gears did not shift right. The bike did not shift in the second front gear. It was so bad that the chain came off. I brought it back in the next evening, obviously I could not ride it, I felt very unsafe. The guy at the store was very nice. His name was Justin. He tried to adjust the gears but he couldn’t fix it. He said, there is something wrong and the technician has to take a look at it. So, I left the bike there. I picked it up two days later and the “technician” was there. I was curious to find out what was wrong with the bike and if he could fix it. The guy told me there is nothing wrong with the bike, that he rode it through the whole store and since he didn’t have to use any tools I don’t have to pay anything. I shouldn’t have to pay anything anyways since I just bought the bike and I purchased the no sweat protection plan. He was very arrogant and showed me on the handle how to shift the gears, like I’m some sort of idiot who doesn’t know how to turn the handle. I asked him how there can be anything ok with the gears when his colleague couldn’t figure it out and said that it needs to be fixed by the technician. He said very arrogant again, that he’s colleague doesn’t know anything about bikes. Which I found very odd since he is the person who is selling bikes there. I was very upset, since this person was very unfriendly and obviously did not fix the problem. He told me, I could come back anytime. What a bad customer service. I took the bike home and sure enough it’s still not working! I can only shift the back gears. I’m so unhappy with this bike and the customer service at the store. My son needs a new bike and we definitely not buying it there, neither will I ever purchase a bike there again!

Good Bike For The Price

Solid beginner bike. Only complaint is that it doesn’t have a place to mount the water bottle cage.
