Not Your Father’s Schwinn

Not your Father’s Schwinn. Very disappointed with the apparent lack of quality control. One of the brake caliper tabs was bent. And it’s about 1/4” thick! They sent replacement parts and expected me to repair it! I finally got them to agree to pay for a bike shop to fix it. I fixed it. But this should never had passed inspection. To top it off, the front fender support was affixed off-center. Fun. Managed a work around so the tire would stop rubbing! This would never have happened in the 1960’s and 1970’s when Schiwnn’s were the bike to own!

Beautiful Bike

Really nice and comfortable bike which is exactly what we wanted. Rides pretty great. took a little trial and error minor adjustments to set irt up with the brakes to not rub and also stop the bike. but that should be expected. I did find that the front wheel is a little out of true but not enough to make a repair necessary (slight wobble). The bike was a present for my wife. We are very pleased with this purchase.

Got this bike for my daughter (15) it’s great!! She loves it, fun color, easy on blacktop gravel sand. Perfect beach side bike! I’d recommend for an adult also. Great looking cruising bike.
