[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only used a couple of times. Make great coffee, easy to clean! Great, no filter needed lessRa to worry about.

Honestly didn’t realize this already had the filter when I purchased it. I used a friends on vacation and loved it and knew I needed my own (they must have had the older version without the filter). LOVE how compactable it is and easy to use. Easy to clean and rinse out, I’M OBSESSED

I’ve watched video videos and read your article and this filter is impossible to replace unless maybe you have incredibly strong hands. Gentle pressure is not some thing that works.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is super light, collapses down to nothing and keeps your grounds out of your coffee. I haven’t used it long enough to rate its durability but it seems sturdy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works. Compact. It seems to flow too fast for a single pourover. The filter screen popped out when collapsing and was a stupid challenge to get back in. Should be redesigned it's a good idea.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Makes an excellent cup of coffee. Easy to clean. Takes up far less space than alternatives.

I have lots of products from sea to Summit, and most of them are great, however the coffee filter is very disappointing. Water just runs through it too fast and the coffee is very light in color. I’m not sure how this design got by research phase because it doesn’t work. Even after pouring the water through twice the coffee is still too watery.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how you can either use a filter and remove the screen OR use it with the screen. It compresses to almost flat so it’s so easy to use kayak camping.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used this daily for a 30-day trip to Alaksa and Yukon. Every so often the mesh screen would pop put while collapsing it and it was a struggle to get it put back in. It took us a few bags of coffee to get the right grind size. We also opted as others have mentioned, to use a disposable filter to make clean up easier. We had this on the ferry from Bellingham to Skagway and every morning while making coffee in the snack bar area, we got tons of questions and positive feedback from other travelers.

I purchased this item thinking it would be perfect as a lightweight, collapsable coffee dripper for backcountry wilderness use. While trying to clean and put the screen filter back in on my first one, the screen filter broke. I bought a second one and 2 days into my next trip which was a 7 day pack raft trip, the same thing happened. It was only the second day of use! Grounds were in my coffee and it was a real downer. I am both disappointed and surprised as I am a huge fan of all other S2S gear and own almost every piece of gear they make. Surely S2S you can revisit this design and find a solution. I have faith in you!!!

I have found that the screen pops out of the groove too easily and is extremely difficult to get back in. Recently, my screen pulled apart while I was trying to get it to seat in the groove. When the screen is in place, I have found that it brews really good coffee. I travel for a living and use this in my hotel room when there isn’t a good coffee option available.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cons: It’s a great idea but does not work well. The opening is too big so the hot water flows through to fast. I’m glad I texted it at home first. I had to use 2 cups & pour the hot water through one then pour that coffee water into a second cup & repeat 4 times & my coffee still tasted watered down. Plus: not coffee grounds went through the filter.
