Supposedly, my neck warmers arrived nine days ago, on Dec 14, but I never received the package # 50039487712. Some seem to think this kind of thing is funny, but I’m not laughing when my packages don’t reach me and I don’t have the gear I need to work outside in this cold weather. Well, the weather is cold, and SOMEBODY is gonna be wearing my stuff out in the open around here or maybe a fedex driver will have on the red and then the black neck warmer on! Very frustrating to have people steal the survival gear that I need to earn a living. (No stars. I can’t give any stars for a paid for product that I haven’t received). Ok I see I have to give at least one star for it to take
