Several other Intermediate players and I in the St Louis area are starting to convert over from the normally used Franklin X-40 to Selkirks Pro S1. They do seem to be reactive during play and don't crack, so far. The only thing that detracts from the S1 is the way the color appears to fade after it is used on regular court surfaces for a while. The fading affects its ability to be seen, especially for Senior players.

Been playing with them for about a month. Lots of pop, and doing well in the heat. I’ve played with a few that seemed to be out of round. So far, not seeing that. Previously used Franklin x40’s.

I really got tired of playing with beginners ball, they suck if you're trying to hit with any force. These absorb the impact. Perfect for big hitters, and for those that desire spin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Play indoors and these are proving to be a good ball. They improved the roundness issue from their attempt a few years ago. Also impressive they come with a guarantee. Have been using for a couple weeks.
Balls are not top quality. The flatten during use in a short period of time.
