[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really really wanted to love this blanket. When I saw this product online, I thought this was perfect for me. I work from home, in the North East, and during the cold days, I thought this would be the perfect blanket to have at my desk. The material of the blanket itself is really soft and warm and cozy, however, every other feature felt off to me. First, it says the blanket is weighted. I own a weighted blanket that I use at night to help me sleep, and this blanket is not weighted at all. If it is supposed to feel heavier in the blanket part, I couldn't detect it at all. Maybe the weights are in the foot area...if so, that is rather deceptive. Second, the massager is not soothing at all. It feels like most vibrating "massagers" you'd get, that just agitate your muscles, instead of relaxing them. It made my feet feel numb after only a couple of minutes of use, so I don't even use the massager at all - and that feels like a waste to me. Third, there is a zipper on the side, to seal up the bag and I guess make it feel like a sleeping bag. However, it says in the instructions not to step on the foot massager, so I have no idea how you would be able to zip up the bag completely without straining your back to arch it so you can lift your butt without stepping full force on the foot part. It feels like a gimmick that is not possible to function in real life. What I do love about this blanket is that it heats up. It's really nice for sitting and keeping your legs warm. Especially if you live in a drafty northeastern house during a cold winter. I guess it's ok if you want to buy a heating blanket, but the other features didn't feel like it would be worth the extra cost associated to have them. The blanket didn't feel weighted and the massage feature was more annoying than soothing. All and all I think this is a great heated blanket, and I LOVE the idea, but in execution, I'd say this is a miss.
