My Reel Was Replaced By Another Cheap Reel And Than Shipped To Me.

I was very happy about the great sale priceand decided to order it online, but when I received my package and open it, the reel was a cheap Shakespeare reel inside a Shimano box. The reel box was obviously a return and send off to me. I am so disappointed that no one even care to inspect before they send me the wrong reel. The Shimano box was already open. Must've be a coworker because the outside package is not temper with. Now I have to go do a in-store return since the reel is not available not more. All sold out. I'm So mad and disappointed. First time this happened but I'm pretty sure it won't be the last too. This item was shipped out from the store in MN. They need to get this straighten out.

Loaded With Shimano's Trademark Features

Having seen the features on this reel, I decided to buy it instead of the Stradic. I was not disappointed. I used it along with my Sustain fishing for bluefish and Spanish mackerel. Unsurprisingly, the Sustain was smoother, but only barely. The Ultegra acquitted itself quite nicely with it's speedy retrieve and the drag was very smooth when I unexpectedly hooked and landed a larger than expected bluefish. At only have the price of the Sustain, I would definitely pick the Ultegra over the Stradic again. If my ownership of previous Shimano products are any indication, durability will not be an issue.
