Helps…
This brace isn’t perfect….but it helps. I’m not sure there would be a “perfect” solution….however I have found healing while wearing this brace during exercise.

Not As Expected
Got this for my tennis elbow. Wanted something durable. The strap fit great but the little plastic-like pillow to add pressure where needed was exactly that. Seems like a nuisance as it could be lost or misplaced when not in use. Poor design imo

I bought this a few weeks ago and have been using it. Works pretty well. Make sure to get the right size or your arm can truly hurt with the pressure. Pretty good product no complaints.
