I purchased this item to be used in my next game. I orderd a mens large 34/36 waist. It arrived in an pre opened package, taped up, with a youth sized cup protector. Its nice to see that dicks sporting goods gives online shoppers the scrappy products nobody would purchase in store. Great company. I was told I had to go in person to return it and exchange it. Im very busy and do not have time to deal with that. Hence why I shop online. I will think twice before I shop online with dicks in the future. I ended up buying the alpha x warrior jock from sports stop.com and now that is a quality service. Twice the price but atleast I was assured by customer service they would never send a customer a pre-opened jock strap.
