Pretty Good But Can Rub Gums For Some People
I liked this guard, pretty straight forward, but the extra Cushion rubbed my gums a bit so I ended up switching to a lower profile shock doc guard.

Great Mouth For Non-grinders
I have purchased Shock Doctor mouthguards for my son for many years. They are the best. My son does grind/chew them and as he has gotten older they last shorter and shorter lives. Been about a month and the gel is already flattening. If you restrain from chewing they are great.
