We’ll be honest I don’t fell any pressure or contact in my knee ( left )

Great product that provides the perfect amount of support to allow me to move more normally while waiting for ACL revision/MCL repair surgery. This is actually my second one, just couldn’t find it in the basement after recovering from the last meniscus repair. I’d buy it again!

I injured my MCL (grade 2 tear) last year skiing. I didn't really tend to it well, and reinjured a few months later playing hockey. Second time around, went through PT and bought this knee brace. It was super comfortable, and allowed full motion range without hindrance. I have been wearing this brace for over a year now during workouts in the gym and hockey games, and have not complaints at all; in fact, I am extremely impressed by the stability and durability of this product, as it has taken many puck impacts and gets roughed up during gameplay and has no failure of any part of the device. Great engineering, and I hope this product can help others with knee injuries. Fitment is fine too, as I have lager upper legs (quads/hams) than most, and it fits securely without discomfort. Including the sleeve is a stroke of genius as it offers some additional level of comfort creating separation between skin and appliance.

The most comfortable protective brace. I don't have an ACL in one leg and I was able to ski all day on double blacks in Park City and not feel the need to rip this brace off as soon as I was done.

Great product but even the largest size is slightly small for my leg. It works for what I need. I’m not playing sport full speed but I coach kids basketball and softball. I’m mobile enough to help demonstrate moves for the kids. The sleeve is great and goes a long way to help keep the brace aligned properly. I really like the sleeve.

Like the other guy, I find this brace to be somewhat uncomfortable. I'm 6', 195 and the medium is what my measurement calls for. The fasteners all pull up snug and in the proper position but the brace digs into the inside bone of my knee. A piece of neoprene over the hinges would soften a tad, I'm thinking. Okay, did it do its job? Definitely. Skiing yesterday I was able to put the discomfort out of my mind (kind of like a cranked down pr. of ski boots) and really lay into some great carving turns. The tightness at my knee resulted in support that was amazing. Where the SD 875 Ultra (which I've skied in for years) was a big help this brace went well above and beyond. . I'd have to give bracing ability tor the Bio Logix a solid 10 and drop the 875 to an 8.5, Where the 875 is a 10 comfort wise I'm giving the Bio Logix a solid 7, comparatively speaking. I'm leaving a 4 star review as it may fit someone with a bit narrower knee perfectly and be pain free.

Unfortunately the brace did not fit properly and had to send it back.

Excellent product, wore this during my my baseball tournament last month as support protection from my post right knee partial replacement. It worked exceptionally well.

This brace has allowed me to do things I couldn’t before. My right knee is blown and at some point will need surgery or maybe not. I can run and sprint now with little to no swelling or discomfort. I would buy another one and recommend to a friend

Apparently my calves are disproportionately larger than my thighs, because I bought a medium and it fits my calves perfectly, but is a little loose on my thigh. I thought about returning for a small, but gave it a whirl and it actually works pretty good just being tight on the calf. I've been wearing this while mountaineering and have noticed after about 10 miles I'll start to hear it squeaking, but I mean, its been 10 miles, what do you want? You're tired, the brace is tired, I don't see that as a negative. Wasn't squeaking at all the next day so it just needed some rest. This brace is great though! I have a torn meniscus so I use this to convince myself I don't need surgery, and its definitely earned the price tag a handful of times so far. Plunging down a mountain and unexpectedly piercing through an extra snow layer up to your waist? That's usually a recipe for hyperextension, my friend. But not with this brace. I've felt her lock up a few times and save my knee, definitely worth the investment. Not too clunky either. Fits under some nordic ski tights and soft shell pants I have and (somehow) other alpinists haven't noticed I'm wearing anything until we're back at the cars changing. I would recommend using some body glide or something under the pads just for chafing if you're wearing it for long periods of time.

The materials and construction are quite good and overall the brace feels solid. The fit of the straps and bands is good (I'm 5'7" 170lbs. and wear a medium) and I really like the sleeve system. The design of the hinges on the other hand, is terrible. The hinges have hard, sharp edges with only thin rubber padding over them. The edges dig into the sides of your knee and quickly become unbearable. The lateral side is the worst. The bottom edge of the hinge plate on the lateral side rests directly on the fibula (see red arrow in photo). I tried to move the brace around and adjust everything but this could not be avoided. You basically have a sharp metal edge resting directly on your bone. I finally resorted to putting a small sponge between my knee and the hinge. This helped a lot, but then the hinge was pressing on my knee too much from the lateral side. If the hinges could be moved out, even just 5mm on each side, it would make a huge difference. The brace is big already, a few millimeters extra width at the narrowest point would add very little bulk. Actually the hinge on the lateral side seems too low. The hinges work fine and provide good support, it's the positioning of them that is off. I think moving the hinges out (as well as up on the lateral side) and adding some reasonable padding to them would fit a lot more knees, a lot more comfortably. The support this brace provides for a damaged MCL feels great, but the hinges are too painful for me to wear it. I realize that making a device to fit something as oddly shaped as a knee is not a simple thing but it doesn't help at all if you can't wear it.

Fits better than most ive tried. The wider thigh brace doesnt angle into my thigh like others. Straps dont impede back of knee movements. I like the added sleeve too. Others are aluminum, i hope this plastic holds up to use.

They look bulky but are surprisingly not bad to wear while playing hockey. They dont catch on my shin pads and my knees feel way better the next day.
