True to size, I’d say. Good wicking and doesn’t feel like it holds on to sweat. Shock Doctor products are reliable and stands tough with wear and tear. Approve!!

Great product - they finally went back to an inside the waist band cup, but beware of sizing if you’ve worn SD jocks before. The medium is the new large; these are true to size now. I’ve been wearing SD hockey jocks for 10+ years and have always worn a Large; I’m 5’10” 175lbs with a 33in waist. I needed a Medium in these, I tried the Large but they were way too big.
