The standard airflow mouthguard does not fit in it properly.

I bought this within the last couple weeks so my son could have a case for his mouth guard when not in use and it’s a perfect fit! It fits nicely on bag so you don’t have to dig for it and keeps his mouth guard protected!

Great mouthguard holder. Stays shut while dangling from a backpack.
Great Buy
We bought this mouth guard holder so my son's mouth guard wasn't just bouncing around in his bag! Works great so far and he likes it!

Mouthguard are gross enough when they get all slobbery and wet. I had to get something to hold my daughter's mouthguard so it didnt just float around her bag. I opted to pay a couple dollars for the flag design, but I guess I didnt really need to.

Cool case for the mouth guard

My field hockey goalie just wanted a case it would match her mouth guard, this fit the bill. Unfortunately the case itself pops up and constantly so we haven't been able to hang it on the outside back for ease of access and we've had a pop open inside of her goalie bag as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tested the Shock Doctor Gel Max Power mouthguard and found it comfortable, easy to mold, and protective, but it’s noticeably bulky. After a few months of regular use, the fit loosened slightly and needed remolding—though the guard still held up with no tears. Some of the airflow versions (like the Trash Talker) offer better breathing and easier talking, but the holes can sometimes cause sharp edges against the inner lip. Overall, I’d recommend Shock Doctor for entry-level or casual use—especially if value, protection, comfort, and a gel feel matter more than low profile design. If you need slimmer gear or are wearing braces, explore more minimalist brands like SISU or consider custom dental guards.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Shock Doctor Sport Mouthguard Case is super sturdy and exactly what I needed to keep my mouthguard clean and safe. The hard shell protects it from getting crushed in my bag, and I love the carabiner clip for attaching it to my backpack or gym bag. Fits perfectly! The ventilation holes also help it dry out between uses, which is a big plus. Simple, effective, and durable—highly recommend if you play any contact sport!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mouth guard case is made out of durable material and my son’s mouth guard fits great inside. It’s no brainer to protect his mouth guard from germs when not using and it’s super easy to transport and is compact.
