Great Support

Bought this for my daughter, she plays volleyball and needed extra support off the court. It works amazingly and has several layers of support built in, and it really holds her knee in place and gives her extreme support. Would definitely buy again and would recommend to anyone needing extra support for the knee area.

Great Features

I bought this for my daughter when she was having issues with her ACL. She plays softball and wore it during practices and even during games was comfortable and yet offered great support highly recommend this.

Great Brace But One Major Issue

Only brace that allows my daughter’s knee to face the correct direction and run for cross country. One major issue is the hinges and seems where the hinges reside keep busting and the hinge flies out. We keep replacing with the same brace since again when it is working its perfect. Which they would change the hinge seem design to fix the one flaw.

Fits Well, Great Support

Bought this after tweaking my knee and having it swell up on me. It helped offer the support I needed while I was recuperating. Comfortable, and good support but the seams that the hinge arms slide into started to separate a bit the day after I started wearing it. Knocked off a star for that quality defect but Shock Doctor customer service did send out a replacement.

Hinges Pop Out

I bought this knee brace for my daughter and I’m less than 5 minutes of the first game the hinge popped out leaving her knee unsupported. Luckily she was pulled out of the game asap before she could have re injured her knee.

The fabric is fairly soft for the level of support it provides and you can easily move while feeling secure, the product is easily adjustable which helps you get the right level of support you need.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited to review this product as I’ve been having trouble with my knee hyperextending lately and I thought this might help. It is a good product with multiple points of adjustability which is great. However, it didn’t fit as well around my thigh as I’d have hoped. It often slipped down my leg and I’d have to pull it up again. And it was properly fitted, I measured before picking a size so I knew it would match the specifications. Overall, I think this is a good product. It just didn’t work for me personally.
