No need to boil it it just fits right out of the package. It doesn’t have a strong scent of rubber. It’s latex free BPA free and phthalate free.

Also, after a couple uses there still isn’t a stench like most cheap guards tend to have. Plus, it has an airway channel to make breathing a bit easier when using the mouthguard. So in my humble opinion, if you’re looking for a good, cheap, and reliable mouth guard well this is it!
