Rated 5 out of 5 by from I would purchase this product again! I recently had surgery on my knee which involved removing about 30% of the meniscus and repairing/cleaning the remaining part left. I'm very active into sports as well as different types of aerobic activity. My doctor recommended for me to purchase a brace of some sort to wear for a little while after surgery when I started back into my usual work out routines. I tried on many different types of braces and this was the only one that fit perfect. The straps on the top and bottom make a perfect fit and allows for adjustment of differnt compression levels. The material is also nice and breathable and not too hot. I would definitely purchase again and recommend to anyone!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not bad I was at our Conference swim meet. I had just finished swimming my 200 I.M., when suddenly my knee felt like it popped out of place when I got out of the pool. It was about 5 feet deep at the blocks so I had to put more effort when getting out. It hurt really bad and went to my physical trainer. She told me that I'd need to wear a knee brace for about 2 weeks. It was hard getting up the stairs but this knee stabilizer really helped. However, it does slip off a little bit. If I wrap it around too tight, it feels like my circulation is getting cut off. If too loose, obviously it slips. There isn't really anything to do about this disadvantage, but I thought I'd want to give a fair critique.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great level of support Needed a better brace and after reading online reviews headed to Dicks to give this a try. True to fit according to measurement guide. Needed right level of support in the right places for Jumper's Knee, bursitis and knee sprain. First day I wore it I nearly stopped limping after 2 weeks since injury occurred. Since then pain, movement and swelling has improved greatly after just one week. Quality is solid. Some chafing occurred in the back in the outline of the mesh area but after wrapping gauze tape over chafed area for 24hrs under brace all chafing and pinching ceased and now gauze is no longer needed

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Average at best I reviewed most of the reviews on the page before making my choice to purchase... I saw that older people were using after patella injuries. I'm 29 highly active and I took this product to the gym and It did good with squats and other lifts.. but for running and other machines it rubbed bad on the back of my leg and was uncomfortable. if your doing simple things buy this brace.. if your active this may not be for you.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Decent for a store brace It is decent quality and support for a store brace. Glad that packaging allowed it to be tried on as the sizes were not true to measurement suggestion. Much bigger size needed than measurements.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent Product - Take Care Slipping On or Off Have a young pitcher that developed tendinititis in the knee of her stride leg as a result of a none pitching injury. This product helped in expediting the healing of her knee due to the support and protection given to the knee and patella area. The only issue with this (and products of this nature) is the "doughnut" around the knee cap area. It can easily be strecthed beyound it's limits and torn if care is not taken when slipping Stabilzer on and removing it. This is easily corrected by not using the hole created by the "doughnut" as a grip area to pull Stabilzer on or off.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Pros and Cons This knee brace offers great support. But I can't recommend buying it for daily use. I use it for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. The only problem I have with it is that it bunches up behind the knee if and if you grapple with it as much as I do, it will start to tear up that soft spot behind the knee in the bendy spot. I will have to use a cheaper brace for training and this one for competition.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Strong but flexible support! I began running 1.5 years ago, 6 months after surgery in both knees for torn meniscuses. While I suspect my right knee has been degrading again, I am not wanting to give up the running just yet. I switched to this brace and have now logged 1 and 4 mile runs on it over the past few days. It's a very comfortable brace to run in without movement restriction and I am having no discomfort in the knee after running, whereas prior to it I would be sidelined for at least 2 or 3 days. It's buying me some time so I can achieve my goals this fall and then look at the longer-term fix it likely needs.
