An Awesome Buddy In Running.

This product is of great help to me as a road and trail runner for the last 11 years. I have seen how it helps me in my races as a buddy especially in uphill and downhill terrain. I'm glad that I have met a friend in my running career.

Never Running Again Without My Mcdavid Knee Strap

For over fifty years, I’ve lived with Osgood-Schlatter disease. I’ve iced, stretched, and worn more knee braces than I can count. In the past two years, I had to stop running because it took one to two days to recover from the knee pain afterward. But everything changed when I tried the McDavid Patella Strap. I wore it during my last two 5K runs and experienced zero knee pain. Just to test it, I ran once without the strap—and sure enough, I spent the next two days recovering. Lesson learned: I’ll never run again without my McDavid Strap. It’s been a total game-changer.

Unique Knee Strap

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first time I’m trying a product like this. I’ve used knee braces but not a strap. I found the strap easy to wear and comfortable. Strap has an adjustable Velcro strap. I didn’t find it very supportive or effective. I might need a larger size. I will try it a bit longer because it’s good to wear at home and the office. Not bulky at all.
