I tend to grind my teeth a lot and my lips also tend to get really dry. I also liked how I didn’t have to take to insert it & put it in way too many times. I didn’t dislike anything about the Shock Doctor Kool Aid Max Air Flow Football Mouthguard. Something I would have loved to know about the Shock Doctor Kool Aid Max Air Flow Football Mouthfuard is if it lasts longer then two months. It also has lasted me for a couple of months. It’s also worth your money and what you are paying for. I love the packaging and the scent/smell, the way I can breathe comfortably. It lets me breathe without having to worry and it fits perfectly in my mouth. I also like how this product absorbs.
