Rated 3 out of 5 by from Used for hockey and taekwondo... becareful I have several different cups... some used more for other sports than others. I do not use this for martial arts, as hits upward do not exactly protect like I wish. I use these in Bauer Jock Pants for hockey and they work amazing well! The shock absorption works just fine, but, I do not think they should marketed towards hockey. The bolts holding the hard outer shell are loose, the plastic is cracking, and it has bent.
