Was perfect for struggling IT band issues , help me get through training

Exactly What I Was Looking For!

My IT Band "flares up" at least once a year or so but this time it's been way more painful than usual. Wearing a knee compression sleeve wasn't doing enough and it kept sliding down, but this band is absolutely perfect! It has helped so much and I'm so glad I discovered this. Between this, stretching, and using a massage ball, I'm feeling much better even 2-3 days later. Thank you, Shock Doctor!

Great It Band Strap

Purchased this for my daughter after she was diagnosed with a tight IT band that was causing pain. She’s 5’10” and currently participating in volleyball. This strap fits extremely well and is far more comfortable than other straps.
