Great It Band Strap

Purchased this for my daughter after she was diagnosed with a tight IT band that was causing pain. She’s 5’10” and currently participating in volleyball. This strap fits extremely well and is far more comfortable than other straps.

Gave ample support but the liquid pad on the inside blistered my arm and I returned it.

For A Seasoned Person This Is An Excellent Knee Band Strap

I began having problems with my knee after a strenuous workout. I've been to 2 doctors regarding this injury, and just happened to be at Dicks with my grandson. I purchased the band, and immediately got relief! the knee cushion in the middle allows me to place it directly on the knee where the pain is. I have recommended this to several friends.
