For A Seasoned Person This Is An Excellent Knee Band Strap

A Great Support Band

This IT Band is the best one I’ve found. It has a firm, rubber piece which you place directly on your IT Band which I haven’t seen in other manufacturers. This provides great relief while in use. The ability to tighten/loosen is easy and stays in place during use.
