Not Just For Grammas Anymore!

Been dealing with some ankle rolling while running and a friend suggested compression socks under some lightweight braces I'd bought. They're a bit of a struggle to pull on, but once you're there, they are comfortable - snug without feeling too constricting. I don't know if the combo was the secret sauce, but my gait has been steadier, and I think my feet and calves are a little less sore post-run. Would 100% recommend - just trying to figure out what I'm going to do in the summer when shorts come back into play...
