Get a tape measure and measure your thigh just above the knee—sizing is critical. That being said this knee sleeve provides support via compression with support on both the lateral and medial sides of the knee.

Purchased this because my previous knee sleeve was stretched out after doing the job it was supposed to do for almost two years.
