The PowerStride shorts are the most comfortable hockey jock I have worn. The cup stays in a comfortable position unlike most jocks I have had. The waist band feels good and the shorts do not inhibit any movement. The only possible negative is I did not feel any compression support but, they are not as loose as non-compression.

Best Cup On The Market
The aircore cup is by far the most comfortable cup on the market. It is better than Bike, NuttyBuddy, and the other ShockDoctor cups. The cup's interior is a little smaller volume than others, but should fit most. I am a 34" waist and ordered the Large. The waist is perfect, but the cup pocket is a little too loose allowing some movement. Would love to try a Medium, but don't want to return for a Medium and find out the Large was better.

The Tall And Short Of It.
Great short for hockey. I use this style for umpiring. Seems that people seeing us dress in parking lots do not get so excited about us in the shorts over the compression tight protectors. Weird how the works. For us umpires, the velcroe stocking connectors are not really necessary.
