Helped Alleviate Strain During Basketball
Picked this up for my nephew after he complained about knee pain during his basketball camp. It helped alleviate some of the strain and he wasn't complaining as much by day 3. He did note that it does not stay cold very long.

Perfect For Total Knee Replacement.

Don’t Forget The Bag
We were using this for a little while when I found the plastic bag that had been set aside. Apparently it is supposed to be in this bag when freezing. My daughter says it gets more frozen stiff in the bag. This was the closest we could find to my daughter’s (10yo) size. It is quite loose, but serviceable. Time will tell if it alleviates her ankle discomfort from soccer.

This sleeve worked very well to bring down the swelling in my elbow. The thing gets very cold, the 2 or more hours in the freezer was way too cold for me. I just started keeping it in the fridge and that was plenty for my needs.
