Great For Recovery

Use these on ankles shins and knees. Pretty much eliminate shin spints ankle and knee pain.

Amazing Relief!

They feel SO good on my knees after my long training runs for half marathon. Way better than plastic ice packs. They are soft, cooling, and really enjoyable to wear. I bought size medium, I’m 5’5”, 130 lb.

Great Sleeve And Cold Right Where You Need It

Purchase due to knee trouble. It was a little snug, but probably because I bought the wrong size. I left it in the freezer and pulled it out when needed. It applied the cold right where I needed it. I would buy it again.
