Terrible Product, Worse Customer Service

SKLZ continues to disappoint across its products and its customer service. Machine no longer can pic 10 feet and neither Dick's nor Sklz will support a return. Dicks saying it's SKLZ fault, SKLZ not responding to emails and not having a functional phone number. Don't buy SKLZ products and don't expect Dick's support outside of 90 days.

Functions Well Enough

The crank was a little tough to work at first. I was nervous I was going to break it but it works well enough for our sons in the backyard.

Horrible

Never could get 2 balls the same. We tried everything and it just does not work

Fun But All Over The Place

My 2 boys age 13 and 9 have fun with this. But they pitches are not consistent. Sometimes two balls come out at once. Buy extra balls so you don’t have to reload as often.

Decent

We have had this for a few weeks and used it quite a bit. My only real complaint is that it’s not extremely consistent, one ball will be at eye level and the next in the dirt. If I had to guess probably 80% are hitable.
