I really love this resistance band. I incorporate it into so many workouts, even ones that don't require resistance bands. I'm glad I got this specific level of resistance. I think the one above this would be too much resistance, but the one below it wouldn't be enough. This is perfect for a wide range of exercises and strength levels.
