Poor Customer Service
Product broke the second time my husband set it up. I emailed the manufacturer and got a generic “we’ll get back to you” response and have heard nothing for months.

Poor Quality
Do not purchase! We bought for our 8yo about 6 months ago and the fabric that connects the net to the front base has already torn away and can't be fixed or replaced. Also the pole connections are already rusting.
