Workout Enhanced!!

he SKLZ Shoulder Bow has been a great addition to my son’s workout plan. It helps activate and strengthen the shoulder, rotator cuff, and upper back in a controlled, repeatable way. We’ve seen noticeable improvements in shoulder stability, mobility, and overall arm strength, especially as part of his warm-up and recovery routine. Simple to use, well built, and effective—exactly what we were looking for to support a structured training program and injury prevention.

Bought This For My Sons Pitching Routine

I bought this for my 9yr old little leaguer to strengthen and activate his shoulders before pitching. Easy to use once we watched a few training videos on it. **if your buying for a pitching/throwing aid, I’d recommend watching Trevor Bauer’s YouTube video on using a shoulder tube.
