Must Use Proper Technique
Using any impact bag requires proper technique. There are many reviews by users who repoprt "stitchinig separated" after a few swings. First off these bags will not hold up to a full on golf swing. Secondly, you impact the bag more with the shaft first in the CENTER area of the bag with a moderate and less than full swing impact. One of of the uses of the bag and to learn to hit the ball with proper shaft lean with a moderate version of your real swing. Hitting the bag in the bottom portion (as if you were actually trying to hit a ball) with an aggressive swing will ALWAYS cause the stitching to break. I use this bag the way it was intended to be used (impact somewhere in the Yellow area), shaft leading the club face and have no issues. It's not a golf ball!! Hitting the Yellow area with the CLUB FACE first is not only the wrong way to swing, it will eventually tear/rip the impacted area with an aggressive swing. Reviews stating the product will not hold up should be ignored because the approach which causes this to happen is flawed. Impact bags, when used properly, are a great training aid!

Great For Building Speed
I wanted something I could hit at home. I saw Vijay Singh using this on TV and had to try it out. Filled it with old gym towels and it works perfectly.

Good Practice Tool For Impact
I like how you can hear when you have good impact, but the fact that the target line is positioned up on the bag is a little weird. Overall a good cheap practice tool that is pretty self explanatory

Whack It For Lag Training

Good Training Device For Irons!
The point of the impact bag is not to see how hard you can hit it, but instead creating the feeling of your body moving correctly through your swing and arriving at the correct position to hit the golf ball with your hips open.

Durability Is Questionable

It's Just A Bag
$25 for a bag that I have to fill with old towels off clothes. Why pay the money? Very disappointed
