About This Item

This variable weight sled allows you to strengthen your lower body muscles by resistance training similar to metal sleds. With removable weights, the SpeedSac allows you to adjust the towing resistance. Sklz Ruined A Great Product.

This new model is horrible. The previous model was a game changer for my fitness routine when I bought my first one in 2015. This new model only has one usable side, making it difficult to run gassers. The belt swivels behind runners, and you always have to adjust it back to center if you’re running gassers. The previous modes had a better belt with a ring stitched to the center, making it easier to change directions. I do like the all black and black bags over the yellow bags. I bought this me model in July, and left it in a dumpster. I would feel guilty selling this to someone online and wasting their money too. I’m tell everyone interested in a portable and adjustable sled to stay away from this new model.
