Pain Relief
I bought this for a longstanding hamstring/hip abductor injury. Targeted the one knot in the back of my leg and relieved most of my pain after one use. The ball is firm and light weight. For those tougher to reach spots, I'd definitely recommend this product.

Good Product For The Right User
I liked this ball to target muscles where the smaller lacrosse ball is “too targeted.” However, as other reviewers state, it tends to skid instead of roll on carpet. It rolled well against my wall, but I didn’t want to do damage over time to my paint and sheetrock. Instead, I returned this and bought the “peanut”/double ball roller. That works better for rolling up and down my spine, leaving a gap between to keep direct pressure off my spine. I like and plan on keeping the peanut. Honestly, this single ball was better for my glutes and thighs, but my major focus is on my back because of some disk damage and other chronic sports injuries, which made the peanut the winner in my “either/or” decision. I may come back and buy this if I want to focus more on my glutes and thighs in the future.
