My physical therapist told me to avoid foam rollers that roll on the spine and encouraged the balls. This was perfect because of the dent in the middle to avoid my spine and it hit all of my pressure points. Also the size matters…the larger size means a wider area. I plan to purchase another one to keep at my job,

To wide for my body! Would probably work well for a bigger person.

This little guy gets in all the places it's difficult to get into with a lacrosse ball. Perfect for scapula area and releasing neck tension. Super easy to wipe and clean too.

I have been using this on my neck. I have fibromyalgia and always have a lot of pain and tension in my neck. It works great and helps me a lot. I highly recommend this product!

It takes some getting used to. I use it often and can take a lot of weight on it.
Great on the lumbar and thoracic spine. Helps me with mobility and gets the gears churning on my warmup. My range of motion has significantly improved!

I like the concept, but I think it was just uncomfortable for me personally. I did not like the ridges when rolling my upper back. The quality though of the product was very good.

This balls roller works well for the erectors in the lumbar area and upper cervical vertebrae, but can be a little soft in areas. Big ballsack looking roller for your erectors.

This roller is harder and smaller than any foam roller I've used, but a little softer and larger than a lacrosse ball. It is the near-perfect hybrid of tradeoffs for the benefits of different size rollers being able to both stretch muscle like a larger roller, and also adjust stuck joints like a small lacrosse ball. The trade-off is that it takes a little extra time to sink into a joint while rolling over it to effectively do both at the same time. Only in very specific situations do I need to use a lacrosse ball anymore as this can do %90 of everything the individual roller or lacrosse ball can do. If you don't use good rolling technique it will feel like it's not doing enough.

This massager works excellently for your back. My husband and I both love it. It is dense enough that it doesn’t collapse at all when laying on it and rolling.

Every tool has a purpose. This is no different. The roller is truly universal. I can mimic massage techniques anywhere on the body. I found its great to massage the neck and the base of the skull. The payoff is working the lower lumbar and psoas area to get good stretching.

I love SKLZ products so I purchased this to target my upper back muscles. After using a LaCrosse ball I was disappointed in that I didn't feel the roller put enough pressure on the muscles I really wanted to target.

Bought this a few weeks ago, really firm. Feels great doing upper back

Bought this for my daughter who uses this in place of a chiropractor visit to relieve back pain and “crack” her back. She forgot it when she moved to college so we had to buy another one to keep at school. She loves this item!!

Not only have I been impressed by the way this massage roller functions, my physical therapist was impressed with the way it functions for stretching the IT bands and helps to improve flexibility in my back. As my Dr. stated it should have some mild discomfort as it does its job of releasing tension helping stretch, re-align and massage targeted areas. Durable and stable device. It hurts in a good way that relieves strain and provides less daily pain.
