My physical therapist told me to avoid foam rollers that roll on the spine and encouraged the balls. This was perfect because of the dent in the middle to avoid my spine and it hit all of my pressure points. Also the size matters…the larger size means a wider area. Love This Roller
This little guy gets in all the places it's difficult to get into with a lacrosse ball. Perfect for scapula area and releasing neck tension. Super easy to wipe and clean too.
