Great Idea But Breaks Down Fast.

Bought this for my 10 year old son for his birthday. He loved it at first until the foam ball broke into 5 pieces within a hour of using it. I contacted customer service about a replacement and never heard back from them

Poor Quality

Just bought this last week for my son. He is getting back to playing baseball and this trainer looked good to practice without being at batting cage. Worked great for maybe less than 10 times and then stopped. I looked at previous reviews (should have before buying) and same thing happened. The back part of the ball insert developed grooves and this would not work. I’m returning this soon. The concept is great idea but you need better materials.

Cool Concept, But...

My son just got this for his 8th birthday. We took it out to practice with this evening. Setting it up was easy and both of my kids had a great time taking turns being the "pitcher" and batter. Unfortunately, they only got about 30 minutes with it before the ball developed a crack and the black inner part kept coming out. I plan on exchanging it, because my son really did like it and I could already see an improvement in his hitting. It doesn't say on the packaging or item description - but maybe using a plastic or wiffle bat might prolong the ball's life?

Don’t Waste Your Time.

After three hits the string cut into the ball and it would not travel down the sting. Complete waste of my money and more importantly my time.

Terrible Durability And Customer Service

The ring comes off right a way. the ball broken in two. They don't have replacement. Don't buy. It is s waste of money.

Dangerous

Thai product should not be sold. Kids hit the rope which whips out of your hand and catch rip their face apart with rope burn. Garbage.

Poor Quality

After one day. Used for 30-40 pitches. The ball has trouble getting sown the rope because the insert in the ball is worn already. I would expect it to last more than one day.
