Had A Hole In It When Purchased

I really needed another back up 700cc tube... Disappointed this one had a hole in it... Last one on the shelf.. And they raised their price by $3 a tube..

Tried And True

Slime and Slime Tubes have been around for a while and in my experience they perform as expected every time.

Easy Ordering, Ok Delivery Speed, Decent Product.

After 5 miles, the tube is holding up...easy installation, product as described.

Great For Corpus Christi Roads

These save me from many flats. Corpus Christi Roads are horrible. These are durable and worth every penny.

Good Tube

No problems to report. Why not go for the slime tube that was just about the same price as a regular one.

Blew Up On First Ride

I've installed hundreds of tires and tubes. i am sure that this is a fine product as I have friends that use it, but after installing it correctly on my trainer, it exploded (when I was not around) leaving slime on my bike, walls, and TV. Yikes.

Great Stuff!!

Visiting the Gilbert,Az area and found a great thirty mile loop to ride. Had flats due to "stickers" in the roadway two days in a row. Replaced the tubes with slime tubes, matter solved. Great product.

Two Tubes In 2 Days.

I recently got in to cycling and got these tubes as a rear tire and a backup. The first tire rode one day to work and flat when I left. The other tube when flat by the next morning, both had a small puncture near valve stem on a seam. I will patch both re tape and if anything changes I will update review. I ride on a relatively smooth road with some old rough patches but avoid rocks and potholes like the plague.

Good Tubes

it works fine, I would buy another one. It does everything it should, it holds air and keeps my tires from being flat.

Total Bust!

I bought two slime tubes and both of them busted as soon as I inflated them.

Flat Tire First Time Out

I like the idea of a self-sealing tire, but this isn't what you're hoping for. I got a flat tire the first time I rode on this tube, on a short ride.

Worth The Money

although it's not up to stopping anything as obvious as a nail, it does a good job protecting from thorns, wire etc. When I finally got to fixing a flat (nail) I realized that it had 10 or more punctures... I just didn't realize as it had sealed itself. Commuter's dream!

Can't Bet The Farm

I bought this item as an impulse item,I thought it was a great idea. After 300 miles I found two sealed leaks....but I just put one on my bike and it would not fill from the start.....if I had been racing (I'm a member of Team Livestrong) I would have taken the "ride of shame"(SAG wagon). An improvement to the valve design would maybe help. This will not be part of my tool box at this time until changes are made, sorry

Do Not Use

Do not bother with it does not work all I did was put green junk all through the inside of my rim goto your local bike shop instead

Very Reliable

Just had a nasty puncture in my tire on my last bike ride. Was surprised the tire didn't deflate right then and there. It did within a few hours, but thanks to Slime self-healing tubes, all I had to do was pump up the tires and I was good to go. Did another long-distance ride after the incident, and my tires worked like new. Saved me the hassle of having to change out my tire tubes after every flat.
