So Far, So Good

I bought two new 28" 700c Slime Tubes for my Schwin Varsity 1200. My tires are crap, so I already got a flat in 1 week. Pumped it up 3 times on my 45 minute ride home, left it overnight with the hole on the bottom. Seems like it has sealed up. I've only put 60psi in it to be safe. I've now ridden about another 10miles through my rough roaded town (Evansville, IN) , so tomorrow I will try 80psi and will update this review accordingly. I honestly miss my thick tired bikes. I like speed and occasional rough terrain, not meant for thin tires.

Self- Healing Tubes Are Great!

Great Product, Fast Delivery.

The self-healing tube is only marginally heavier than a standard one but dramaticaly reduces the possibility of a flat. The delivery was remarkably quick.

Real Good Tube

Bought tube because in El Paso we have stickers all over and they go through the tube and always get a flat. I have learned that if you take the old tube and cut the intake out the put it in the tire between the new tube you get extra protection and you will not get those stickers in the tire that go through the tire to the tube. I am 60 years old and ride about 20 miles a day and I hate getting a flat.

Just What I Needed

I commute to work along a bike path that includes an unfinished section with lots of thorny weeds. I went a couple weeks, and then got flats one day after another in my old tires and in the cheep tubes that I got to replace them. But I haven't had any problems since I cut the old tubes up to line the tires and put in these Self Healing tubes. They have worked exactly as advertised.
