Love this hat in the crazy colors. They're the colors of my wardrobe, so it's perfect. The merino wool against my forehead is great, no need for a sweat band as well. Love the reflective bit on the rim, helps me feel seen on runs when its getting, or is dark. I have to make it PRETTY tight when its windy out, but otherwise it fits great.

Great Fit & Function
Use this for running and hiking. Love it. Main reason for not giving five stars is that it says it can't be washed. Why would you make a hat for running that shouldn't be washed?! Not even by hand? I've had to wash mine as after sweaty runs it's a must.

Good For A Big Head
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this hat because it said it was double layered, one polyester one wool, but the hat actually is only double layered where it sits on your forehead. I was bummed because the hat was going to be for me, to protect my part from burning; unfortunately, it was too thin to protect my sensitive part from the sun. That being said, it still got 4 stars because it happened to fit my husbands abnormally large head. His head is hard to shop for, and not only did this hat fit him, it feels good in the heat and looks good.

Light, Thin, Breathable.
Great if you overheat from your noggin. The material is thin and so light you forget you have it on. The rear strap is comfortable. It's not a snap type like on some hats and made out of plastic. Instead it is made of the same material as the hat I suppose. It expands to fit larger heads too. Mine I was a large one. Fits great. I recommend.
