Not A Mips Helmet

This is a great Smith helmet, but the product descriptions says it's has the MIPS safety feature, but it actually does not. I returned one because I thought maybe I received the incorrect item, but I reordered it and the same item was delivered again. I will be returning the second again as they item is not as described.
