I would not recommend this helmet. Bought for my daughter two months ago. Brim and inside padding do not stay in place. They are constantly slipping down over her face despite the helmet being the correct size. Velcro is hardly functional. Really poor performance for price.

Actually Saved My Life

I commute in NYC to work everyday on a bike and my husband (thankfully) made me get a helmet. I thought this was a perfect mix of function+aesthetic+value. I had no idea it would actually save my life. A truck took a left turn directly into me, and my head hit the ground so hard I broke 2 teeth and busted my lip. But I didn’t even suffer a concussion or lose consciousness- this helmet did its job. Highly recommend.
