Rated 4 out of 5 by from Okay knife It's a great size but not sharp at all. Handle is a little small as well unless you have small hands. I was looking for a small compact combat knife which this will serve fine for but I was hoping for something better with the Smith and Wesson name on it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sheath broke first time using. The clip for the sheath broke the very first time I tried it. The knife appears to be decent quality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from pretty awesome The blade is pretty sharp out of box. I do alot of hiking, so a good fixed blade knife comes in handy when digging up mushrooms, cutting rope or sharpening twigs, etc. It's nice it clips to your boot, keeps your pockets empty and doesn't jab your belly when cave crawling or climbing. The clip is firm and it draws nice from the sheath.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from High Quality! I'm more than impressed with this knife. I have had other top brand knives that cost 5 times the amount of this that are nothing compared to this item. Should be the last knife of this type that I will ever buy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good all around knife This is a good, reliable knife for anyone and can stand up to just about anything, the sheath did have a little problems at first but after using it for a little while it was easy to get the knife in and out of the sheath. And unless you are a throwing knife expert who can hit your target with the blade each time do not throw this knife, it can be the demise of the knife.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great blade, not so amazing sheath. As stated in the headline above, the knife itself is amazing and stands up to things you wouldn't expect a knife at only $20 dollars to stand up to! The issue comes up with the sheath. Not only is it extremely hard to get into the sheath, but I've noticed that while in the sheath the knife has a tendency to curve to the right. (Not the blade itself however, it's very obviously the sheath causing the issue.) Thankfully the issues with the sheath end there. It's well made, and doesn't require nearly as much force to draw the blade as it does to sheath it.As for the knife itself there isn't too much I can complain about. The carbon steel blade stands up to quite a bit without needing resharpening, the full tang makes it durable and reliable, and the lanyard loop is always a nice plus!Overall, if you're in the market for a sub-$30 fixed blade, this is an excellent choice, just be sure to either work in the sheath or have your own prepared!
