Great Helmet, But The Goggle Strap Got Stretched Out And Is Not Replacable
This helmet has treated me very well for the most part, but the goggle strap's elastic stretched out and now just dangles from the back of my helmet and doesn't keep my goggles secure. This helmet would benefit from a more secure goggle attachment mechanism or Smith could do us all a favor by offering a replacement for this very simple and small part (I asked and they said no)

Terrible Helmet
I would never buy another Smith Helmet. The first one I bought I took straight back to the shop as the wind was blowing through the ear pads so loudly I couldn’t hear myself think and it gave me a terrible headache. The shop replaced it with another one which was not as bad but there is a plastic piece above the ears which holds the wires for the size adjustment and on one side it is lower which causes my ear to ache very badly all day and when I take the helmet off it is excruciating. It’s a terrible helmet.

Even though I am a male, I purchased a woman's helmet because it is more comfortable. I get a nice fit with this helmet. I love how it integrates with the Smith goggles. I replaced my 10 year old Smith helmet due to age. It has worked out great.

Impressed! Long- Time Skier, First Helmet

We live 20 minutes from the resort base, I researched helmets and am amazed at how I immediately adapted to it. No more cold earlobes where my buff and hat used to slip around. The boa adjustment really cradles your head. I ski with headphones and the removable ear pads let me to keep my tune system intact— but didn’t change the warmth factor. The vents are easy to reach and easily adjusted. The suggested measurements on this model were spot on—would have paid more and converted sooner had I known — just fits great and feels comfy and secure.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great design. You can dial in the fit, it’s not too large, small visor blocks sun well and keeps googles in place when off face. Ventilation switch is very useful and the helmet design prevents goggle fogging which has proven to work. Recommend pairing with smith goggles but not required.

Great Helmet, Bad Customer Service
I had bought a vantage helmet, and I loved it. However, I ended up having to do a warranty claim. The color I originally had was no longer available so I tried the lapis, but hated it. Because I did a warranty, I can't exchange it for a different color, even if I cover all return and shipping costs. Now I have a helmet I won't use, and need to buy a whole new helmet. Needless to say, I will be checking out other brands.
